In 1999, the Gaocheng agricultural mechanization service center is established.

In 1999, Boyo successfully co-developed and produced the 4YZ-3 self-propelled corn combine with Ukraine Kherson Combine company.

In 2005, Gaocheng BOYO agricultural Machinery Co.,Ltd. was founded.

In 2009, the sales volume reached 86 million yuan.

In 2011, Sino-Agri Boyo was established by China Agricultural Materials Group and Boyo Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. Sales volume reached 305million.

In 2013, under the guidance of the Group, Boyo established an agricultural machinery research and development base in Shijiazhuang Economic and Technology Development Zone with a 1.3 billion RMB investment.

In 2015, the new base was officially put into use.
